I took a leap of faith and moved to this land of opportunities in 2011, armed with nothing but my dreams and determination. After gaining valuable experience in the restaurant industry for 5 years, I decided to take the plunge and start my own Paella Catering business, adding a special touch to parties and events.
Although I temporarily put my culinary dreams on hold to work as a truck driver and support my growing family, I never lost sight of my passion. Now, the time has come for me to showcase my love
