Our adventure began in 2022 with a simple food truck and an ambitious dream—to bring the vibrant taste of Havana to Brevard County. Growing up in Orlando, Florida, we were immersed in a rich Cuban coffee heritage that runs deep in the community and is woven into the Florida lifestyle. Brittany’s Cuban grandparents played a huge role in her life and inspired her to bring her dream to life. They often shared stories about the bakery they opened when they moved to the United States from Cuba in the 1970s. Their love for baking and their treasured recipes, like Mimi’s Cuban mojo which we use on all of our sandwiches, were passed down to Brittany.

Inspired by the bold flavors of Cuban espresso and the energy of modern craft cafes, we wanted to create something truly special—a café that blends tradition with innovation.

At our Cuban-inspired coffee shop, we don’t just serve coffee; we offer a flavorful experience. From authentic Cuban espresso to creative lattes, we combine the best of both worlds to delight coffee lovers. Our passion for great food and drink shines through in every Cuban sandwich and pastry we serve, made with love and a dash of fun.

Founded by Brittany and Adam Collazo, we are driven by our pride in our heritage and our desire to share the bold flavors and joy of Cuban culture with the community.

Our menu draws inspiration from the bold, vibrant flavors of Cuba! But with a modern twist that offers a lighter, cleaner take on the classics. At the heart of our lunch menu is the beloved Cuban sandwich, alongside creative options like our Spicy Cuban, Cuban Sloppy-Joe, Mojo Pork Sandwich and a range of flavorful pastries filled with guava and cheese. We’re proud to say that all of our pastries, meat empanadas, and even our eggs are baked to perfection, never fried. What really drives our menu is the belief that food can be both delicious and nourishing. We bake everything from our meats to our eggs, ensuring a healthier approach without sacrificing flavor. It’s Cuban-inspired cuisine for a new generation, honoring tradition while embracing innovation.

Every bite is infused with the signature Cuban spices we love but crafted in a way that keeps things fresh and wholesome.

B's Beans and Bakery is thrilled to collaborate with remarkable vendors and stellar management to offer the local community a novel experience and a source of entertainment they can take pride in. We are overjoyed to join forces with Destination Food Hall at this iconic and locally renowned site, signifying Cocoa Beach's first inaugural food hall!
