Destination Downtown Food Hall, a novel dining concept situated in a prime corner in Downtown Cocoa Beach, Florida, will offer a distinctive culinary experience. The Food Hall is the first of multiple planned locations and will be the first of its kind to open on the Space Coast with Cape Canaveral already in the works. The Cocoa Beach location will host 7 local food vendors who serve freshly prepared dishes and a craft beer/wine bar in a modern and family friendly setting.

The aim is to offer a platform that empowers local Mom and Pop chefs to pursue their American Dream by providing the necessary infrastructure for preparing, cooking and selling, all at a fraction of the cost of launching a new restaurant. Prospective restaurant owners often face difficulties in obtaining funding for buildout expenses and acquiring prime spaces for their dreams especially in Cocoa Beach. The overarching goal of this project is to support small businesses in turning their aspirations into tangible achievements.

By creating a supportive environment for local chefs, Destination Downtown Food Hall will not only serve delicious and authentic  food but will also foster a sense of community and entrepreneurship. The diverse range of cuisines that will be available at the Food Hall will reflect the rich tapestry of flavors present in the Cocoa Beach area, showcasing the culinary talents of the region. Locals and visitors will enjoy a variety of offerings from different vendors, from traditional favorites to innovative fusion dishes, all while supporting the dreams and aspirations of local small business owners.

We believe this ideology creates a better experience not just for the customer but our vendors. Which is why our vetting process is so intense. If we decide to offer French fries at the food hall, they must stand out as the best fries this side of the Mississippi, and only one vendor will have the privilege of selling them.

We are committed to ensuring you have every avenue to sell your food. As part of being a vendor we will have a local driver ready to deliver your goods directly to customers without incurring extra fees.

Vendor Set Up

The food hall will have 3 non hooded vendors spaces, 4 hooded vendor spaces and 1 bar vendor.

All vendor spaces are approximately 300 sq ft and include:

    • Epoxy floors

    • Floor drains

    • FRP/Washable walls

    • Washable Ceiling tiles

    • Ceiling Lights

    • Main Counter with under counter storage

    • 3 compartment sink

    • Hand wash sink

    • Sufficient electrical outlets

    • Lockable main door

    • Lockable roll down door (to secure the counter space)

    • POS System with touch screen and 2 printers

    • 55 in Digital Menu board (can be updated remotely)

    • All doors to vendor units and main building are keyless smart doors

    • Shared mop sink

      All Hooded Units include the above and

    • 9x4.5 feet Size hood with fire suppression

    • Stainless steel walls  at cooking area
